I’ve been getting a combo of Reiki and Tuning sessions from Kristina for around 6 months now, which has lead to some significant realizations and healing. Kristina’s sessions have been part of a broad pathway of awareness and healing for me, as I also meditate after our sessions, journal regularly, and speak with a therapist monthly, among other efforts. Her sessions usually feel mild at the time, but the information she conveys and the realizations I have after have been profound. Kristina has helped guide me in better understanding my relationship with my mother (which has led to tangible changes!) and my estranged/now deceased father, ancestral and generational patterns and their impact, the underlying causes to some of my stubborn habits and troubles, and in gaining more of an appreciation for my ancestors. Beyond that, simply having a better understanding of my own energy and existence has been illuminating. I feel more grounded and calmer after our sessions, and often times subtle physical pains have also shifted or gone away entirely. I highly recommend adding Kristina as a guide along your own journey (and definitely meditate on your sessions afterwards!)

Kristina certainly has a gift. She's incredibly insightful during our sessions, and I'm always amazed when she shares what she's witnessing. She uncovers things from my past that have not yet healed and brings those to light, always in a gentle manner and without judgment. As if she's digging through the dirt in my front yard and simply laying before me the artifacts she finds. I've found our sessions re-ground me and bring my awareness back to my energy and connection with the earth. This always brings me greater peace and ease. My sessions with Kristina have been so impactful. It’s hard to find words sometimes to explain our experiences, but below is my best shot:

I have had several sessions with Kristina & each one has it’s own experience. There was always something that would come up for her, that hit home in such a way I would spend weeks wondering how in the hell she was able to address something I had no words for. The shifts within myself in the past few months of working with her are the subtle, yet in hindsight profound ones that I continue to realize later down the road.
As she works through an energy center, she would have pieces she would share. Thoughts, concepts, beliefs…. that I held dear and never discussed with anyone… but she would nail it with her framing of them… allowing me to see into parts of myself I didn’t know needed to be addressed or room to heal.

Kristina's sessions with me are very powerful. I come out of sessions with knowledge of some of the deepest issues plaguing my progression in life and business. I was able to work with Kristina for 3 sessions of biofield tuning. She thoroughly explained the process of what she was doing as we moved through the session and asked for feedback as she worked. With my feedback, she was able to make shifts in how she approached the tuning including use of different forks, varying the area, and identifying what was working best for me. She is highly intuitive and was able to pinpoint feelings/emotions related to energy needing to be released. It was remarkable how easy it was for me to name corresponding events with clarity, even explaining them in ways that allowed me to better understand the experiences.
